Hey there, sorry I haven’t written in a while.
Earlier today I was wasting time on YouTube and I came across a few great video reviews of Insanity. I decide to include the best videos here so you can watch them for your yourself before you buy Insanity. There were also tons of stupid Insanity videos on Youtube that I do not recommend you waste your time with (But if you want, you can click here to see all the youtube results for insanity reviews).

Oh my God….I am so out of shape I can’t even do 2 push ups. I’m about to get the insanity workout so Shaun T can work another miracle . I had my youngest daughter last May which made our fourth child, and I need to keep up with them. I’ll keep track of my progress and pray thus works.
I’m a thin man and I want to become good looking in personality. So what I’ve to do for this?
Hows it going thus far jesca? May I ask your age? I’m 54 and out of shape but im considering ordering insanity. I just might be insane myself!
anybody looking to do insanity needs to have the OK from their doctor first! specially if you are older and are out of shape. I’m 34 and in pretty good shape, workout all the time, karate, played sports……..I almost puked the first day. the name sums it up.
insanity is amazing your right about taking it slow at first talk to your doctor but it is great!! great to be insane
I second that, Tom. I run avidly, and Insanity kicked my butt! This workout is not for everyone. If you have joint issues, I don’t recommend ordering it. There’s a lot of jumping and bending involved. I’m on week 2, and already feel like I’m toning up. It’s motivating!
Nancy and Jesca, I would strongly urge against getting insanity until you’re in decent shape at the very least… I’m 15 and I play football and basketball and I almost puked the first day. Try p90x if you want something intense but not as dangerous.
yea i got all the DVDs from a friend who has completed the program but doesn’t have the instructions to which video i should workout wit everyday, i was wondering is there a certain order i should the the videos in?
I am into the Cardio Recovery week after the first month. It was hard, but I stuck to it and now even when I feel tired, I still motivate myself to do what I need to do for the days workout!! This is a great program and I am so glad I bought it and I recommend it for anyone wanting to get into shape or simply stay in great shape. you feel that you are really a part of the group on the video when you are doing this workout!! I will say as others have said..this is an intense workout and could be hard on your knees and joints so if you have problems with these areas make sure you talk with a physician before starting this program.. Cody…there is the Insanity calendar online and it tells you what workout to do on which day.
Hi, I’m Russ Hamel – age 57 – from Toronto, ON Canada.
Great to see all the stories – here’s mine…
So far in my lifetime I’ve been:
Diagnosed with Leukemia (1999)
Bankrupt (2000)
Divorced (2005)
Life just wasn’t tough enough. Thus I took up the
Insanity Workout!
Actually, after nearly dying during Christmas, 2009
due to my second Leukemia relapse, I decided to take
back control of my health. You see, I had promised my
gorgeous new wife Maggie (remarried 2008) that I would
still be kicking her butt when I was 100 years old.
I had a LOT of work to do.
I came back home from the hospital early January, 2010.
I couldn’t even take two steps without getting winded
as I was recovering from a severe case of Pseudomonis,
a form of pneumonia that is fatal without immediate and
proper treatment.
A couple months later I transferred my health care over
to Dr. Joseph Brandwein at the Princess Margaret
Hospital in downtown Toronto. It took nearly a year
for my lungs to clear up completely.
Today I am considered to be in complete remission. I’m
taking part in a clinical trial for a new medication
which shows promise for my type of Leukemia, CLL.
I go in for regular blood tests, CT scans, ECG –
basically complete physicals at least once a month.
I’ve been cleared for exercise. However, I don’t think
Dr. Brandwein realizes just how INSANE I’ve taken my
commitment!
To prepare for the Insanity Workout I ran the stairs in
my condo building – 22 stories tall! – from October,
2010 through March, 2011. I worked my way up to three
circuits (continuously up and down all 22 stories) in
about 18 minutes. I also did some other weight
training in our gym so I thought I was prepared.
I thought… hahaha
However, I completed all 63 days of the Insanity
Workout between April 4 and June 5, 2011. Yup, I DID
IT – 57 year old ME! I went through all the gears -
wracking body pain for the first 2 1/2 weeks; many
times wanted to quit… physically challenging YES, but
I found the mental challenge to be even tougher!
While I did really push myself on the exercises and I’m
proud of my accomplishments, I KNOW I would have gotten
far better results had I been better with my nutrition
plan. If you think working out your body is hard, try
working out your old habits!
Anyway, I hope my journey will inspire you to take your
own fitness goals up another notch or ten.
Besides, I really do intend to run circles around my
gorgeous wife when I’m 100 years old. She’s 12 years
my junior and I’m already running circles around her!
All the best from Toronto,
Russ

Can anyone answer this doubt that i have? xD i’m not criticizing, just want to know if it’s worth it after all i don’t want loose what worked for so hard xD
